My Interview Podcast With The Super Strength Show
So a couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of connecting up with this awesome new site on the internet called the Super Strength Show! They are a strength and fitness radio show on the internet and they are probably the biggest one on the internet at this time. After checking out their site you’ll see why!
The Interview…
So the week before last I had sat down and spent an entire afternoon talking with the owner of the Super Strength Show Ray Toulany. It was killer experience and we both found out that we had a lot in common and have both had a lifelong commitment to physical culture and the game of strength.
When it was all over we had ended up creating a podcast that was 90 minutes in length! He didn’t let me off the hook either. He hit me up with some questions about everything ranging from my own background, my influences, and my programming strategies that are geared towards fitness and performance. We talked about some iron history, kettlebells, powerlifting, athleticism, and just about everything else you can think up in 90 minutes.
I can honestly say this is one of the most information packed segments I’ve done in a while so please take the time to check it out and let me know what you think by posting up in the comment section below. I will include the link here below. Stay strong and keep training smart.
