Kettlebells and Pure Hard Muscle!
The key to building strength is tension. You must tension the body in order for it to adapt by producing force to move a load, thereby making the muscle stronger. Strength can also produce muscular size if the load of the weight is manipulated to do so. Now I think we all agree that kettlebell training is not bodybuilding, but that doesn’t mean that a sizable rock hard body can’t be the result of some serious training with kettlebells!
So what drives you? What motivates you to hit the gym? Well, the fact is that kettlebell training can be a great muscle building method for those of us that are looking to get into the greatest possible shape and put on a little size at the same time. Kettlebells can easily be used for more endurance and strength endurance type lifts, but they can be structured here to put on muscular size by lifting with heavier bells. You can pyramid with bells by increasing the weight while you do a series of overhead snatches.
This particular type of kettlebell lift is great for core strength and certainly stimulates the nervous system while releasing an array of hormones such as growth hormone and testosterone within your body. This is what produces a lean body and promotes the addition of lean muscle mass. Building muscle with kettlebells is like any other style of training, but more intense with faster results.
I don’t know another method of training that is so intense and is so quick to produce the lean muscle and fitness that everyone desires. If you want to build muscle and, at the same time, get into the greatest shape of your life then you need to start training with this ancient iron device!
