Today infomercials, internet ads, and magazines hammer away at the latest and greatest weight loss supplement. They always show the before and after pic of a certain individual and the amount of weight loss they have been successful with after a designated amount of time.
This may all seem very interesting to a quick viewer, but ask yourself this; Is this progress? I mean is this person healthier? Is the weight loss even real for that matter? Sadly this is what progress has been identified as concerning the fitness industry today.
